BC Conservation Service lays charges Stanley Kenneth WALCHUK-Transport without a licence (et al) In 2003 and 2004 the Environmental Stewardship Department of the Ministry of Environment began an initiative to licence existing (transporters) in the Province. In 2005 the Provincial Government of British Columbia established legislation (Wildlife Act) to regulate the number of transporters in the Province to ensure that the environment was not burdened with excessive hunters in hunting regions of the province. – as a result of complaints from the public in the Peace Region of British Columbia, the Conservation Officer initiated investigations into the activities of  Stanley Kenneth Walchuk and Blue Creek Outfitters. ? it is alleged Mr. Walchuk accompanied hunters while on horseback to areas where they hunted and then returned them after the hunt.
