Book Your Tickets To Travel Through Time

Most of us have pondered, what if we could travel through time? Some of you may have already attempted time travel in the recent past. That?s all right. Passengers get your bookings for ?TR Time Travel 4 – All Hell Breaks Loose?.

Of course it remains to be seen whether Dr. Madd will transmogrify again this year. Originally a debonair and British gentleman, he suddenly transmogrified into a lovely young woman last year. Who knows what unimaginable changes will have taken place this time around? You suffer wildly for science.

The format of TR Time Travel has broadened even more. There is now music and comedy sketches based on familiar tunes, television and movies. Their usual jauntiness still intact, the Grizzly Valley Players have wonderful entertainment planned for our community.

This series, typically performed at the beginning of summer, has shifted to September in an attempt to appease more local residents. We hope to see even more our friends in the audience. It is a great way to spend an evening, laughing and schmoozing with your friends and neighbours.

Taking place on the evening of Saturday, September 26, this part of the show is a one-time performance only. The event is liquor licensed, so it is an adult evening and will be a Dessert Theatre.

Tickets will be at the front desk of the Community Centre beginning September 8. You may also contact one of the members of the Grizzly Valley Players for tickets. We accept cash only please, no debit or credit cards. This is also the case through the front desk of the Community Centre. Admission prices will be shown on posters around the community as well as through the front desk.

This year the play is a double-bill, starting with a one-act play that will have already been performed in Richmond, BC at the BC Senior Games. The play, produced by Samuel French, Inc., is written by Jean Lenox Toddie and is directed by Erin Hanna and stars Jean Pawlucki and Larry White.

This one-act play will be repeated for matinee the following day, Sunday, September 27 as rush seating, with no age restrictions.

Please join us for this annual production that will most definitely entertain you. You will remember the music, television shows and movies, but most of all, you will leave with your cheeks tired from smiling.
