Born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, Teresa has been many places in her life until she found Tumbler Ridge. Teresa and her husband Marvin McLeod had wanted to open a bed and breakfast, so when they moved to Upper Halfway (two hours NW of Ft. St. John) they did open a small house there as a bed and breakfast. Unfortunately Marvin passed away, and when it was time for Teresa to move on, she was looking for a nice place to move and open herself a bed and breakfast. She said ?I loved the Tumbler Ridge area and it seemed to me that this would be a great place to start over again.? ?I love the trees and wilderness so this move was a no brainer for me.?

Seven Springs Bed & Breakfast opened in May 2007. It consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen all for guest accommodations and an open deck for their enjoyment. Teresa?s living quarters are on another level of her house, giving privacy yet giving a feeling of intimacy to the spaces.

A balancing Center was opened by Teresa shortly after in the same location. The balancing center rotates around the D.A.V.I.D. (digital audio/visual intergration device). This device also aids alheismer, ADD/ADDHD and autisim patients. She also offers Therapeutic touch, Reflexology, Acupressure, Kinesiology and Magna Pulse (electroporation). The Magna Pulse machine can also used to treat equine, bovine, canine and all manner of pets that need additional help with their health. You will also find Aqua Chi, Pressure point therapy, Mind/body technician & counseling and an inversion table. Just recently Theresa is offering a day spa, and also she can travel with most of the machines if you can?t come to her.
