Dentist in the Health Centre Accepting New Patients

The clinic in the health centre was purchased by Dr. Sophia Dahia, who has been a dentist in the north since 2009 and owns the Chetwynd Dental Associates. The dental practice at the Health Centre officially opened on April 1, 2012 and is open Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 to 8:30.

Dr. Dahia says they are offering late night visits as well as walk-ins appointments.

She expresses why the team is so happy with their new location in the Health Centre, “We are really happy. Really happy that we are in this location and can work with the doctors because we refer to them and they refer to us. We really enjoy the team atmosphere in the health care community, it is really important to me. Dentistry is not isolated; it runs with the entire body.”

The clinic offers basic dentistry as well as cosmetic procedures such as botox or teeth whitening and also facial messages and other relaxation techniques.

Dr. Dahia says, “We try to keep up with new products and try to keep them in the office. We have patients who come in and we can look up products and see if we can get them in.”

She reminds everyone, “It’s important to come in and get your regular check-ups.”
