Hello North Snow Report

This is Christine with the Hello North snow report. The fresh snow in the region this week has improved overall snow conditions and more snow is in the forecast for this weekend. Warm temperatures are providing good spring snow conditions.

Tumbler Ridge has very good sledding at Back Meadows, Mt. Spieker, Bullmoose, and the Quinette Roman Mountain Trail. Avalanche danger is considerable with fresh wet snow on top of old sugar snow. Thanks to everyone who helped raise funds to rebuild the Core Lodge last weekend.

Dawson Creek received 30 cm of fresh snow. The snowmobile, and ski trails are in fair spring condition. For a trail map or more info check out; tourismdawsoncreek.com.

Fort Nelson has some new snow, the ski and snowmobile trails are still open and in great condition.

Whispering Pines ski area near Worsley, Alberta has excellent conditions with their 20 cm of new snow.
