This is your tourism team at ?Hello North? with the weeks Snowmobile and Ski report. Winter has set in across the region

CHETWYND

All trails around Chetwynd are broken, and ride able with 4 ft compressed base in the mountains with 6 to 8 inches of new snow.

TUMBLER RIDGE

Tumbler Ridge is forecasting an excellent base of 4 to 6 feet on all trails. Check at Tag?s for current avalanche conditions. It is currently snowing lots, and more is forecasted this week.

MACKENZIE

Around the Mackenzie area there is excellent riding conditions in the mountains. Beaver Creek, Morfee, Pine Pass, Powder King, and Underpass, are now open and reporting a 15 ft base, with 24 cm of fresh powder

DAWSON CREEK

Trails in Dawson Creek and Fort St John are not yet groomed and are reporting 10-15 cm of fresh snow. Trails have yet to be broken.

FORT NELSON

Conditions are still poor in Fort Nelson
