Kodiak Chronicles

Leadership has a number of activities of planned for the coming week. On June 7 Leadership will be hosting an appreciation tea for the staff of TRSS. This is a tradition that started last year and is a special way to let the staff know how much they are appreciated by the students.

On this day the Grade Six students will also be having their orientation at the high school. To kick off the day there will be a Muffin Morning in the TRSS lobby. All parents of the students in Grade Six and older are invited to high school at 8:00 on the morning on June 7th to visit and enjoy some coffee and muffins with the students and staff.

It would be greatly appreciated if everyone could bring some muffins to contribute. Later that morning the Grade Six students will be spending some time with Leadership students. They will be given some tips on how to make their transition to the high school a little bit easier.

The students and staff have been busy preparing for the learning fair which will be held on June 1. The theme of the fair is the 70?s and there will be food, dancing, tie-dyeing, egg launching and many other amazing projects to enjoy.
