The Leake exhibit was put up in the Community Centre today, at the bottom of the stairs and going towards the weight room. It looks great, so please go take a look and enjoy it.
Leake was the photographer for the Monkman Pass Highway and his portfolio dates from 1938-39. Thanks to the Community Centre for allowing us to use their wall space, Ken MacEachern who did much of the work today, our employee Tammy Pigeon for producing the material, and Richard Brooks, Janet Hartford and Donald Watson for allowing reproduction of their original photos. There will be a little fine tuning and finalizing of some details tomorrow, but essentially our newest exhibit is complete!
