At the Regular Council meeting on January 4,2005, Bylaw 492,2005 was received and accepted unanimously for the first three readings. This bylaw is done annually to establish Council Salaries and Expense rates for the year. One notable item in this years bylaw is the increase of salary for the position of Mayor from $14,084 to $26,000 per annum, an 85% increase.
