Local businesses support the community.

On July 12th the Terry Lansdowne Foundation (TLF) members raised money for their planned cultural event, Creative Peace 2008, that will take place in the third weekend in August at the Cultural Centre at Gwillim Lake.

Volunteer work plays a significant role in the social and cultural life of our community. Events like Creative Peace depend on volunteers to help raise money to support these events, by organizing hot dog and hamburger lunches such as the one pictured above. Thanks to the generous support of ShopEasy the foundation has raised $875 in two days.

CJG Enterprise showed their community support in donating to the TLF fundraiser.
