Meet the Business Community

?Bringing together employers and employees?

If you are new in town and looking for work these are the three ladies to see, each doing their own part to help you with your future goals!

Jan Legaspi is the Program Manager at TRENDS, as well as the Campus Secretary for Northern Lights College in Tumbler Ridge. Jan is also actively involved in the TR Children?s Centre, where she is the Funding Coordinator. She has lived in the community for 10 years with her family. During her spare time she enjoys exercising, especially jogging. She loves the feeling of security, and kindness that Tumbler Ridge is all about. In the near future Jan plans on obtaining her Bachelor?s in Business Administration.

Cathy Reinitz is your local Employment Counseller. She is a proud mother of daughter Robyn, and two grandchildren Tayven and Jade who live in Victoria. Her favorite thing about Tumbler Ridge is all the waterfalls in the area; she finds them remarkable and beautiful. Cathy enjoys helping people achieve their goals. In her spare time, you could find Cathy writing a short story, or poem. She hopes her interest in creative writing will one day lead to a publication of her work.

Debbie Ives is the Employment Clerk. Debbie and her husband Ross will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary in 2006. They moved to Tumbler Ridge three years ago from Stony Plain. The mountains and the availability to see the wonders of nature through a range of hiking trails is Debbie?s favorite thing about town. Debbie enjoys answering client?s questions, as well as helping them use the office resources. Her hobbies include leatherwork, and crafts. She receives many compliments on her beaded eggs.
