?Northern Cultural Survey Launched?

The Central Interior Regional Arts Council (CIRAC) has launched its survey, ?BC Cultural Alliance North Feasibility Study?, to assess the need for coordination of cultural interests in the north and central regions of British Columbia.

?Culture? is broadly defined: It refers to any creative or interpretive endeavour. It includes, but is not limited to, visual and performing arts, crafts, folk art forms, local cuisine or agricultural customs, the representation of ethnic traditions, festivals, local history and heritage.

To find out more about the survey, which must be completed by mid-February, click on CIRAC?s web site link, which can be found at www.cirac.ca, or called Gail or Cathy at CIRAC (250-562-0024).
