The Fraser Lake RCMP are currently involved in the search for Margaret NOOSKI from the Nadleh Whut?en First Nation, located on the east end of Fraser Lake. NOOSKI was last seen on Saturday, October 2nd at approximately 1:00 pm, on the Nautley Road. NOOSKI is an 89 year old Native female, approximately 5?4?, 170 lbs with gray hair. It is believed that NOOSKI was headed for Highway 16 in an attempt to hitchhike. It is unknown if NOOSKI made it to the highway and which direction she may have traveled. NOOSKI may be displaying signs of Dementia and her physical capacity does not allow her to walk very well or very far. The Fraser Lake RCMP, ERT, and dog teams along with Search and Rescue have been grid searching the Nautley and Fort Fraser area, but have been unsuccessful to this point.
