On October 7, 2012, just before midnight, the Chetwynd RCMP received a report that a break and enter had occurred at the Peace Christian School located on the Dokkie School Road in Chetwynd, BC. Upon arrival, police confirmed that the school had indeed been broken into, however, no suspects remained at the scene. School employees confirmed that a computer and speakers had been stolen from inside of the school as a result of this break and enter. With the assistance from the Forensic Identification Section and on going investigation by the Chetwynd RCMP, five young males were identified and arrested in relation to this incident. They have all been released from custody and will attend court at a later date. The computer and speakers were also recovered. The young people's names are not being released as they are youths.
