We feel happy and satisfied when our life experiences meet the needs we have and ?our wishes come true?.
To get there the first step is to know what these needs are.
If asked this question, most of us will say ?yes, of course I know what I want?. O.K. ? What is it?? ? I ask?.. ???.well??. (there is a longer or shorter pause before the dialogue continues)??…
The fact is that it is easier to know what we do not like or want than to know what we want. You have to dig even deeper into this question and find out if what you are saying is really YOUR heart?s desire and not something you were told to do or want. Your spouse, your boss, the society or someone else ? your ego maybe- influence your decisions. You need to take control of your life and find out who you really are or want to be.
You have a silent helper standing by ? it is the so called ?gut feeling?. This ?compass of happiness? helps you navigate safely through life. The only thing you need to do is to start to notice it. Like the rumble strips on the side of the highway, your gut feeling warns you every time something ?does not feel good to you?. This feeling is a sign, that where you want to go and where you are going is not in a alignment. You can make an adjustment and watch how it feels to get in alignment again.
You are on the right track if your actions, your words and thoughts represent the same direction based on a feeling of your well being. You will feel O.K. with yourself and everything starts to fall in place.
?You have everything you need? sounds like an old story?

All of these assets are yours! They also are free and absolutely unique. Using your skills, talents and personal qualities, everything comes easy and life is a joyful and satisfying experience.
YOUR TALENTS, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES ARE THE TOOLS to create your personal happiness; use them as often as you can. Combine these assets to an idea you enjoy. In utilizing your talents skills and personal qualities in making your living, will move you to self-realization. You will experience a feeling of fulfillment and satisfaction without limits. Try it!
