Organizers have been planning the musical ride for Tumbler Ridge for nine months, and the only thing that could not be factored in is the weather.

The community woke up Saturday morning to rain, and lots of it. There was a bit of early morning scrambling, moving the pancake breakfast out of the Roman Walkway into the Legion, the souvenir and other vendors into the community center, but event planners were up to the challenge.

Michele Burton did an outstanding job of organizing the reception on Friday night, Harry Prosser orchestrated the Grand Stand events, and as these pictures attest, everyone had a good time in spite of the weather.
