Shareholders Approve the Acquisition of Cambrian Mining VANCOUVER, June 24 /CNW/ – Western Canadian Coal Corp (TSX: WTN, WTN.WT and WTN.DB and AIM: WTN) (?Company?) is pleased to announce that shareholders have approved at today?s special meeting the Company?s acquisition of Cambrian Mining Plc, the Company?s largest shareholder. Upon receipt of approval from regulatory authorities, the Company expects the transaction to close on July 13, 2009.
